Unit No: Royal Irish Rifles
Corps/Service: Infantry
Country: United Kingdom
My family is searching for the missing First World War and Second World War medals of James FREENEY who was awarded the Military Medal. His medal card indicates he served with the 7 Royal Irish Rifles, Royal Irish Regiment, Royal Dublin Fusiliers, Army Service Corps, 69 Company of the Pioneer Corps. Whilst I appreciate that this set may be in the collection of a private collector who values these medals and may not wish to part with them, my family would very much appreciate it if you would consider selling them back to us or at the very least, allowing us to view the medals so that we know they are safe. His memory is very dear to us and we wish to commemorate his service. Yours gratefully.
