My grandad's medals entered the public arena by accident during the 1970s. His name was Herbert George JONES. Much research has revealed that the World War 1 & World War 2 medals changed hands in March 2010 at an auction at DNW and that his CBE changed hands at DNW auctions in September 2007. We are anxious to trace these collectors so that we can make you an offer so that we can return these to our family's care again.
